How do I use a coupon?

When you get to your cart during checkout, below your item is a field to to enter a coupon code, once you have entered the code, click on apply coupon and your coupon will be activated.

I want to send somebody a gift from your store – how does that work?

When you check out, you’ll see there is a special box for delivery address. If the gift is intended for someone other than the purchaser, just fill in the address in here and we’ll send it to them directly. With a personalized card, if you like.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. We sell digital gift vouchers. If you purchase one, we’ll mail you the voucher as PDF. It has a code which you enter at checkout. If it’s a gift, we can forward it to someone on your behalf on a designated day.

Do you have a refund or return policy?

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 10% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

* Note: JDC recommends that you use Ram Courier Services or MDS Collivery for all returns as it offers shipment tracking as well as insurance. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

Do you have delivery charges?

We offer Free Delivery anywhere within the borders of South Africa for all orders above R3000.00

We use Ram Hand to Hand Couriers or MDS Collivery- 
please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

How often do you get new products?

When people want to know about the latest Jewellery trends, we want them to think of us. We’re always on the lookout for stunning new design. If you want regular updates on what’s sizzling in the jewellery world, sign up for our newsletter.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Subject to availability and receipt of payment. Should no sizing be needed, your order should arrive within 3-5 working days. Please keep delivery addresses to daytime physical and not postal to ensure accurate deliveries. We are currently only delivering in South Africa.

Create your own pieces can take up to 14 working days to produce, as our workshop might have a lot of work in the production que. We will however try to produce your order as quickly as possible.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 6 – 8 weeks plus transit time. This will allow for ordering/manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence. JDC will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Prices may vary on stock that is ordered as it is at current gold and dollar prices. Stone Carats may also vary upon ordering of new stock.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes they are. We know this is a worry for some folk, especially first-timers. But, all we can say is yes, they’re safe. All credit card transactions take place on a secure page and no credit card details are stored.

How long has JDC been around?

JDC was created in 1994. The Intention and goal was to create exclusive jewellery and innovative designs at excellent prices. This mantra pervades JDC to this day. JDC is a family run business and the family values of honesty and responsibility are its mainstay. JDC has 7 boutique stores throughout South Africa. We look forward to welcoming you to our family.
